A NEW ERA FOR DOGS

Our Story

Orbit Hounds began with a simple realization: sometimes life gets in the way of giving dogs the exercise they need.

When founder Tyler Farley suffered a foot injury, his own high-energy dog, Stormy, suddenly wasn’t getting the level of activity she was used to. It wasn’t a matter of neglect or lack of care — circumstances had simply changed. That experience made something clear: even dedicated dog owners sometimes need help meeting their dog’s physical needs.

Orbit Hounds was created to be that help.

By bringing professional canine exercise equipment directly to owners, Orbit Hounds makes it easier for dogs to safely burn energy, build confidence, and stay healthy — even when life gets busy

Our Philosophy

At Orbit Hounds, dogs come first. Always.

Every dog is different, and every session is built around the individual dog in front of us. Some dogs take off running right away. Others need time to build confidence and learn the equipment. Our job is to meet each dog where they are and create a safe, positive experience.

We believe exercise should be structured, calm, and supportive — never rushed or forced.

A Mobile Dog Gym

Orbit Hounds is a fully mobile dog fitness service.

We bring professional slatmill equipment directly to your home, creating a safe and controlled environment where dogs can run at their own pace. Each session is supervised and tailored to the dog’s comfort level, fitness, and personality.

Sessions may include:

  • A calm introduction to the treadmill

  • Structured running or walking intervals

  • Rest and observation

  • Cool-down time and hydration

Every session is designed around one goal: helping dogs move in a way that feels safe, natural, and rewarding.

Our Commitment

Orbit Hounds is built on a simple principle:

Dogs come first.

Safety, patience, and long-term well-being guide every decision we make. If a dog is uncomfortable, confused, or overwhelmed, we slow down or stop. The experience should always be positive and supportive.

We believe that when dogs have healthy outlets for their energy, they become calmer, happier companions.

And that benefits everyone.
